Quotes, estimates & pricing provided by Pravda Media are based on the information available at the time of the request.
Pricing may change if project details, scope, quantity, materials, timeline, specifications, artwork, website needs or production requirements change.
A quote is not final until confirmed by Pravda Media.
Project Scope
Each project is based on an agreed scope of work. The scope may include services such as website design, SEO, content updates, Google Business Profile support, graphic design, printing or marketing services.
Work outside the approved scope may require additional fees.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, project details, approvals, content, images, logos, access credentials, files & feedback needed to complete the project.
Delays in providing required materials, approvals or access may delay project timelines.
Website Design & Development
Website projects may include design, layout, content placement, WordPress setup, SEO structure, mobile responsiveness & related work, depending on the approved project scope.
Unless otherwise agreed, website content, images, hosting, domain registration, plugins, third-party tools, licenses & ongoing maintenance may be billed separately or remain the responsibility of the client.
SEO & Marketing Services
SEO, local SEO, Google Business Profile support, Google Ads support & marketing services are provided to improve website structure, visibility, profile quality, advertising setup or marketing performance.
Pravda Media does not guarantee specific search rankings, traffic levels, ad results, leads, sales or revenue. Search engines, advertising platforms & online directories are controlled by third parties.
Google Business Profile Services
Google Business Profile services may include profile review, business information cleanup, category review, service updates, description writing, photo recommendations, posts & ongoing update support.
Google controls its own platform, approval process, verification process, ranking systems, suspensions, edits, reviews & visibility. Pravda Media cannot guarantee approval, ranking position or reinstatement outcomes.
Commercial Printing
Printing projects depend on approved specifications, file quality, material availability, production schedules & vendor or equipment limitations.
Clients are responsible for reviewing proofs, spelling, layout, colors, quantities, sizes, materials & all final details before approval.
Color may vary between screens, digital proofs, printed samples & final production. Exact color matching is not guaranteed unless specifically agreed in writing.
Artwork, Files & Proof Approval
Clients are responsible for carefully reviewing all proofs before approving production.
Once a proof is approved, the client accepts responsibility for the approved design, spelling, grammar, layout, phone numbers, addresses, QR codes, URLs, images, colors, quantities & specifications.
Changes requested after approval may result in additional charges or delays.
Turnaround Times
Turnaround times are estimates unless specifically confirmed in writing. Timelines may be affected by client delays, file issues, proof revisions, material availability, third-party platforms, shipping, production schedules or other factors outside our control.
Rush services may be available for an additional fee, depending on schedule & project requirements.
Payments
Payment terms will be provided with the quote, invoice or project agreement.
Some projects may require a deposit, partial payment or full payment before work begins or before final delivery.
Late payments may delay project completion, delivery, website launch, file release or ongoing service work.
Cancellations & Refunds
Because many services involve custom work, design time, setup, labor, production or third-party costs, cancellations & refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
Completed work, approved proofs, printed materials, custom design work, setup fees, rush fees, purchased materials, third-party costs & work already performed may not be refundable.
Ownership & Usage Rights
Final ownership terms may depend on the specific project agreement.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Pravda Media may retain ownership of working files, source files, editable design files, templates, development methods, internal processes & unused concepts.
Final approved deliverables may be provided to the client for their business use after full payment has been received.
Portfolio Use
Unless the client requests otherwise in writing, Pravda Media may display completed work, screenshots, printed samples, website designs or project descriptions in its portfolio, website, marketing materials or social media.
Third-Party Services
Some projects may involve third-party platforms, tools or vendors, including hosting companies, domain registrars, Google, WordPress, plugins, email platforms, advertising platforms, print vendors, payment processors or shipping providers.
Pravda Media is not responsible for outages, policy changes, pricing changes, suspensions, delays, errors or decisions made by third-party providers.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Pravda Media Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or lost-profit damages related to use of this website or services provided.
Our total liability for any claim related to services is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
No Guarantee of Results
Pravda Media works to provide professional services, but we do not guarantee specific business results, search rankings, ad performance, revenue, leads, sales, customer actions or platform approvals.
